Calling your self doesn’t count, maybe?

Ok the weather turned off cold and snowy so I have been on the radio a bit more.  although my radio table is just 3 ft. from y work table so I have also been cutting and finishing up some angels…

So far I have not sold a one but given away maybe 50 or more?  send them to everyone when I need to send something important.  I would guess a lot think they are junk or ?  but it keeps my hands busy when I don’t want to focus on something bigger… and that work table is facing the big window with a bird feeder outside so I watch the birds some too.  and harass the squirrels.  It is a running contest to keep the squirrels off the feeders… oh well.
With the year coming to a close I have been pushing a bit on the ARRL GRID CHASE year long contest.  I was a little persistent during the months to keep my score in the top 200.  That is a lot of contacts but the FT8 made the easy , although not as satisfying as some other modes but it works and works well with limited antennas and such , living in an anal HOA…
Today I was working on 30 meters and seemed I was in the “sweet spot” or all those chasing didn’t have my grid (can’t figure that as I am in the same grid as Denver – way south end)… but I was getting way more calls than I was making… anyway I don’t often pay full attention to the scrolling activity list but one call just happened to catch my eye?   I am not sure calling yourself works very well but gee he did have differing signal reports?

Check the calls above the red line set… Calling Yourself?
